EASY Watermelon Sorbet with Lime Recipe

A refreshing watermelon sorbet made with fresh watermelon, lime juice, and natural sweetener.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Cube the watermelon and remove any remaining seeds.
  • Place the watermelon cubes into a blender.
  • Add the fresh lime juice, honey or agave syrup, water, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend until completely smooth, about 1–2 minutes.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or tartness if desired.
  • Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or freezer-safe container.
  • Cover and freeze for approximately 4 hours, or until fully solid.
  • Remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.
  • Scoop the Watermelon Sorbet with Lime Recipe into bowls or cones and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Serve with fresh watermelon wedges and lime slices.
  • Garnish with mint leaves for a beautiful presentation.
  • This recipe can also be frozen into popsicle molds.
  • Adjust sweetness depending on the ripeness of the watermelon.
