Easy Vanilla Wafer Nutella Cups

Vanilla Wafer Nutella Cups are easy no-bake treats made with Nutella, coconut oil, and mini wafers.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 24 mini vanilla wafers

Instructions
 

  • Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners and set aside.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine Nutella and coconut oil.
  • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth and fully melted.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin liners.
  • Place one mini vanilla wafer on top of each cup, gently pressing it down.
  • Freeze the Vanilla Wafer Nutella Cups for about 5 minutes or until firm.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator or freezer.

Notes

  • You can use dark chocolate spread instead of Nutella for a deeper flavor.
  • Serve directly from the fridge for best taste and texture.
