- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 24 mini vanilla wafers
Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine Nutella and coconut oil.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth and fully melted.
Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin liners.
Place one mini vanilla wafer on top of each cup, gently pressing it down.
Freeze the Vanilla Wafer Nutella Cups for about 5 minutes or until firm.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
