Easy Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Turkey Lettuce Wraps are a low-carb meal made with fresh lettuce, turkey, cheese, and veggies.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 –3 large lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 ounces Cajun deli turkey
  • 1/8 cup very thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 –3 slices tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Tear a 12-inch square of parchment paper and place it on a flat surface.
  • Arrange the lettuce leaves in the center, slightly overlapping to form a sturdy base.
  • Layer the provolone cheese slices evenly over the lettuce.
  • Spread the chipotle mayonnaise over the cheese.
  • Add the Cajun turkey, followed by red onion slices and tomato.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Using the parchment paper, roll the wrap tightly like a burrito.
  • Slice in half or keep whole. Serve immediately or store for later.
  • These Turkey Lettuce Wraps are best enjoyed fresh but also hold well for meal prep.

Notes

  • You can replace Cajun turkey with roasted turkey for a milder taste
  • Add cucumber or shredded carrots for crunch
  • Great for keto or gluten-free diets
