Easy Turkey Lettuce Wraps

- 2 –3 large lettuce leaves
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 2 ounces Cajun deli turkey
- 1/8 cup very thinly sliced red onion
- 2 –3 slices tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chipotle mayonnaise
Tear a 12-inch square of parchment paper and place it on a flat surface.
Arrange the lettuce leaves in the center, slightly overlapping to form a sturdy base.
Layer the provolone cheese slices evenly over the lettuce.
Spread the chipotle mayonnaise over the cheese.
Add the Cajun turkey, followed by red onion slices and tomato.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Using the parchment paper, roll the wrap tightly like a burrito.
Slice in half or keep whole. Serve immediately or store for later.
These Turkey Lettuce Wraps are best enjoyed fresh but also hold well for meal prep.
