Acai Bowl

  • 2 pouches 3½ ounces each frozen unsweetened pure acai berry puree
  • ½ cup frozen banana slices
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

Optional Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Sliced kiwi
  • Sliced strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen acai puree, banana, pineapple, coconut milk, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and thick, scraping down the sides if needed.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add a small splash of coconut milk. If it's too thin, add a few extra frozen banana slices.
  • Divide the Tropical Acai Bowl evenly between serving bowls.
  • Top with blueberries, kiwi, strawberries, or your favorite fresh fruit.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
