Easy Taco Bowl
A quick easy taco bowl made with seasoned ground beef, rice, and fresh toppings.

Ingredients
For the Beef:

lean ground beef
Taco Seasoning:

chili powder

tsp
garlic powder
1/2
tsp
onion powder
1/4
tsp
oregano
1/2
tsp
paprika

tsp
cumin
1/2
tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
pepper
Toppings:
1
15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1
15 oz can corn, drained
Pico de gallo
Avocado
Cheddar cheese
grated
Fresh cilantro
Brown rice
about 1 1/2 cups per serving
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.
In a small bowl, mix all taco seasoning ingredients.
Sprinkle the seasoning over the beef and stir well to combine. Simmer for 3–5 minutes to enhance flavor.
Add cooked brown rice to a serving bowl.
Top the rice with the seasoned beef mixture.
Finish your easy taco bowl with black beans, corn, pico de gallo, avocado, cheese, and cilantro.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
You can substitute white rice or cauliflower rice.
