Easy Raspberry Colada Twist Recipe

A refreshing tropical drink made with raspberries, pineapple, coconut cream, and lime juice.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice halal-friendly replacement for rum
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey agave syrup, or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Fresh raspberries pineapple wedges, and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the raspberries and pineapple thoroughly if using fresh fruit.
  • Add raspberries, pineapple chunks, coconut cream, coconut water, pineapple juice, lime juice, and honey to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on medium-high speed for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the ice cubes and blend again for 30–45 seconds until frothy and chilled.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired.
  • Blend briefly again if additional ingredients are added.

  • Garnish with fresh raspberries, pineapple wedges, and mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Maple syrup works well for a vegan version.
