plain yogurt
or dairy-free vegan yogurt

Instructions
Add flour, yogurt, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl. Mix until combined, then use your hands to bring the dough together.
Knead gently in the bowl for about 1 minute until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms. Add a little extra flour if needed to make it manageable.
Divide the dough into six equal pieces.
On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece into a circle about 6 inches in diameter.
Heat a dry frying pan over medium-high heat.
Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden spots appear and the bread puffs slightly.
Serve warm or keep covered until ready to eat.
