- 2 ripe mangoes peeled and cubed
- 1 cup passion fruit juice
- 4 cups water
- 4 –6 black or green tea bags
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Honey or sugar optional, to taste
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
Add the tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and allow the tea to cool completely.
Blend the mango cubes with the passion fruit juice until smooth.
Pour the cooled tea into a large pitcher.
