Easy Hot Reuben Dip Recipe

Hot Reuben Dip is a creamy baked appetizer made with cheese, pastrami, and sauerkraut.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 8 ounces chopped pastrami or halal corned beef alternative
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • ¾ cup sauerkraut rinsed, drained, and patted dry
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and Thousand Island dressing until smooth.
  • Add chopped pastrami, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the Hot Reuben Dip is bubbly and golden.
  • Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetables.

Notes

  • Swap Swiss cheese with mozzarella for a milder flavor
  • Add a touch of garlic powder for extra depth
  • Serve with rye bread for a traditional Reuben experience
