Easy Hot Reuben Dip Recipe

- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup Thousand Island dressing
- 8 ounces chopped pastrami or halal corned beef alternative
- 1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
- ¾ cup sauerkraut rinsed, drained, and patted dry
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and Thousand Island dressing until smooth.
Add chopped pastrami, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the Hot Reuben Dip is bubbly and golden.
