Easy Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium ripe avocados halved, seeded, and peeled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 small tomato seeded and finely chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chopped seeded jalapeño pepper
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Place the peeled avocados in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add the lime juice and mash the avocados with a fork until your desired consistency is reached.
  • Stir in the chopped tomato, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, and minced garlic.
  • Add the salt and mix until evenly combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

  • For smoother guacamole, mash the avocados more thoroughly.
