Instructions
Place the peeled avocados in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the lime juice and mash the avocados with a fork until your desired consistency is reached.
Stir in the chopped tomato, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, and minced garlic.
Add the salt and mix until evenly combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
