Easy Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait

A Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait is a layered dish made with yogurt, fresh berries, and granola.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • Fresh mint leaves optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
  • Wash and dry the berries. Slice the strawberries if needed.
  • Take a serving glass or bowl and add a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
  • Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle granola on top of the berries.
  • Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, finishing with berries and granola.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait.

Notes

  • You can use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version.
  • Maple syrup works great as a natural sweetener alternative.
  • Serve in clear glasses for a beautiful layered presentation.
