easy Garlic Butter Lobster Bites

Garlic Butter Lobster Bites are tender lobster pieces sautéed in a rich garlic butter sauce with fresh herbs and lemon. This easy seafood recipe is ready in just 20 minutes and is perfect as an appetizer or elegant dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • –2 pounds lobster tail meat cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon seafood broth halal-friendly replacement for white wine
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Lobster
  • If using frozen lobster tails, thaw them completely. Remove the meat from the shells and cut it into evenly sized bite-sized pieces. Pat dry with paper towels.
  • Step 2: Cook the Lobster
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the lobster with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for about 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the lobster turns opaque.
  • Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Step 3: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • Reduce the heat to medium.
  • Add the butter to the same skillet.
  • Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the seafood broth and allow it to simmer for about 2 minutes.
  • Add the lemon juice, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
  • Stir well and simmer for another minute.
  • Step 4: Combine
  • Return the lobster to the skillet.
  • Gently toss until every piece is coated in the rich garlic butter sauce.
  • Cook for another 1–2 minutes without overcooking.
  • Step 5: Finish
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges and enjoy these irresistible Garlic Butter Lobster Bites while hot.

Notes

  • Replace seafood broth with chicken broth if preferred.
  • Add extra butter for an even richer sauce.
  • Fresh thyme can be substituted with ½ teaspoon dried thyme.
