Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • Extra melted butter for brushing
  • 3 –4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually pour in the warm water and melted butter. Mix until a rough dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each piece into a thin round flatbread.
  • In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, and melted butter.
  • Heat a skillet or cast-iron pan over medium heat.
  • Cook each flatbread for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown spots appear.
  • Brush the warm flatbread generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Serve the garlic butter flatbread warm with your favorite dips, soups, grilled meats, or salads.

Notes

You can substitute whole wheat flour for half of the all-purpose flour.
