Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually pour in the warm water and melted butter. Mix until a rough dough forms.
Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each piece into a thin round flatbread.
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, and melted butter.
Heat a skillet or cast-iron pan over medium heat.
Cook each flatbread for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown spots appear.
Brush the warm flatbread generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Serve the garlic butter flatbread warm with your favorite dips, soups, grilled meats, or salads.
Notes
You can substitute whole wheat flour for half of the all-purpose flour.
