Easy Frozen Yogurt Bark with Berries

A healthy frozen yogurt bark made with Greek yogurt, berries, and natural sweetener.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 –1/2 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/3 –1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 –3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick, forming a rectangle.
  • Sprinkle strawberries, blueberries, and coconut flakes evenly over the top.
  • Freeze for about 3 hours or until fully firm.
  • Break or cut into pieces and enjoy your Frozen Yogurt Bark with Berries.

Notes

You can customize this Frozen Yogurt Bark with Berries with raspberries, mango, or chocolate chips. It’s also great served as a light dessert or afternoon snack.
