Easy Frozen Yogurt Bark with Berries
A healthy frozen yogurt bark made with Greek yogurt, berries, and natural sweetener.

- 1 1/2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 –1/2 cup fresh strawberries sliced
- 1/3 –1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 –3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla until smooth.
Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick, forming a rectangle.
Sprinkle strawberries, blueberries, and coconut flakes evenly over the top.
Freeze for about 3 hours or until fully firm.
