  • 5 cups watermelon diced into ¾–1-inch cubes
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced or halved
  • 1 cup cherries pitted and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • Extra fresh mint for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl or jar, combine the fresh mint, honey or agave, lime zest, and lime juice.
  • Whisk until well combined and set aside.
  • In a large serving bowl, add the diced watermelon, strawberries, cherries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  • Pour the mint lime dressing over the fruit.
  • Gently toss until all fruit is lightly coated. Avoid overmixing to prevent crushing the berries.
  • Garnish with additional fresh mint leaves.
