EASY Easy Air Fryer Carrots
Easy Air Fryer Carrots are coated in butter, honey, and Italian seasoning before air frying until perfectly tender. Ready in just 20 minutes, they're an easy vegetable side dish for weeknight dinners or holidays.

- 1 pound raw carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper or to taste
- Extra honey for drizzling optional
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Wash, peel, and cut the carrots into 1-inch pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Add the carrots and toss until every piece is evenly coated.
Arrange the carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket or tray.
Cook the Easy Air Fryer Carrots for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
The carrots are ready when they are fork-tender while still slightly firm.
