In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and dried thyme.
Stir well and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Season the sauce with additional salt and pepper if needed.
Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the sauce.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
