- 8 oz cream cheese softened, brick-style (226g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 4 cups powdered sugar 500g
In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine the softened butter and cream cheese.
Beat on medium speed until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and free of lumps.
Add the vanilla extract and salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
Reduce the mixer speed to low.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Continue beating until the Cream Cheese Frosting is smooth, fluffy, and spreadable.
