Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small circle.
Place one cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough round.
Carefully wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch the seams tightly to seal.
Roll gently into smooth balls.
Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each dough ball.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the Cheesy Garlic Herb Bombs are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using.
