  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese optional
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small circle.
  • Place one cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough round.
  • Carefully wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch the seams tightly to seal.
  • Roll gently into smooth balls.
  • Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each dough ball.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the Cheesy Garlic Herb Bombs are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm for the ultimate cheesy pull.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, mix Parmesan directly into the garlic butter.
  • Fresh herbs can be substituted for dried Italian seasoning.
  • These cheesy biscuit bombs are best enjoyed fresh from the oven.
  • Pair with soup, pasta, or a fresh green salad.
