- 2 medium avocados
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 4 5-oz cans tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 3 tbsp celery finely chopped
- 3 tbsp red onion minced
- 1 tbsp jalapeños optional, minced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt to taste
In a large bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice and sea salt until smooth but slightly chunky.
Add the tuna, cilantro, red onion, celery, and jalapeños if using.
Gently mix everything together, breaking up large chunks of tuna.
Taste and adjust salt or jalapeños as needed.
