Pat the tilapia fillets dry using paper towels.
Place the fillets on a large plate and drizzle with olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each fillet.
Arrange the fillets in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Avoid overlapping.
Cook the Air Fryer Tilapia for 10 minutes, flipping carefully halfway through cooking.
The fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove carefully and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges if desired.
