easy Air Fryer Shrimp

Air Fryer Shrimp is a quick seafood recipe made with lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry for 8 minutes until perfectly juicy. Ready in under 15 minutes and perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound medium raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Add the shrimp, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to a large zip-top bag or mixing bowl.
  • Toss well until every shrimp is evenly coated.
  • Let the shrimp marinate for 10–15 minutes if time allows for extra flavor.
  • Line the air fryer basket with a parchment paper round if desired.
  • Arrange the shrimp in a single layer without overlapping.
  • Cook the Air Fryer Shrimp for about 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  • The shrimp are done once they turn bright pink with just a slight opaque center.
  • Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges and your favorite side dishes.

Notes

  • Frozen shrimp should be fully thawed and patted dry before cooking.
  • Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for heat.
  • Pair with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, or garlic bread.
  • Leftover shrimp can be used in wraps, tacos, grain bowls, and salads.
