Ingredients

For the Air Fryer Salmon Bites

  • 1 pound skinless salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Sriracha Dipping Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ –1 tablespoon sriracha or ketchup for a milder version
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • Cut the salmon into evenly sized 1 to 1½-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper over the salmon.
  • Gently toss until every piece is evenly coated.
  • Arrange the Air Fryer Salmon Bites in a single layer inside the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook for 7–10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until the salmon is fully cooked and lightly golden around the edges.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Serve the salmon immediately with the creamy dipping sauce and your favorite side dishes.

Notes

  • Fresh lemon juice provides the brightest flavor.
  • Greek yogurt can replace mayonnaise for a lighter dipping sauce.
  • Serve with steamed rice, roasted vegetables, salad, or quinoa.
  • Leftover salmon also works well inside wraps, grain bowls, or tacos.
