Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 ounces each
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush the salmon fillets evenly with oil.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over each fillet, coating the tops evenly.
  • Place the fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between each piece.
  • Cook the Air Fryer Salmon for 10–12 minutes.
  • Check for doneness by gently flaking the fish with a fork. The thickest part should reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.

Notes

  • Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, quinoa, or a fresh salad.
  • Add lemon wedges for brightness.
  • This recipe works well with both fresh and thawed frozen salmon.
  • For a spicy variation, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
