EASY Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Air Fryer Corn on the Cob is quick, buttery, and perfectly roasted.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley or 3 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Remove the husks and silk from each ear of corn. If needed, cut the cobs in half so they fit comfortably inside the basket.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, parsley, and sea salt.
  • Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Brush all sides generously with the butter mixture.
  • Cook the Air Fryer Corn on the Cob for 12–14 minutes, turning halfway through if desired, until the kernels are tender and lightly browned.
  • Brush with any remaining butter mixture before serving.

Notes

  • Fresh corn provides the best texture and sweetness.
  • Salted butter can be used; simply reduce the added sea salt.
  • Leftover corn can be sliced off the cob and added to salads, tacos, soups, or pasta dishes.
  • Top with crumbled feta, cotija cheese, or fresh herbs for serving.
