EASY Air Fryer Cod

Air Fryer Cod is a quick seafood recipe made with lemon, garlic, paprika, and olive oil.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cod fillets
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Pat the cod fillets dry using paper towels.
  • Stir together the olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  • Brush both sides of each fillet with the oil mixture.
  • Mix paprika, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in another bowl.
  • Evenly coat both sides of the cod with the seasoning mixture.
  • Arrange the fillets in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8 minutes, or until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges and your favorite side dishes.

Notes

Fresh cod delivers the best texture, but thawed frozen fillets work beautifully. For extra flavor, serve with garlic butter, homemade tartar sauce, or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Pair with roasted vegetables, rice, quinoa, or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
