Dill Pickle Parmesan Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  

Chicken and Seasoning

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced horizontally
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Topping and Garnish

  • 1/2 cup dill pickle ranch dressing plus more for serving
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese divided
  • 3 tablespoons plain breadcrumbs
  • Fresh dill chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Season the chicken evenly on all sides with the spice mixture.
  • In another bowl, mix the dill pickle ranch dressing with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
  • Spread the dill pickle ranch mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  • Combine remaining Parmesan with breadcrumbs and sprinkle evenly over the chicken, pressing gently.
  • Place chicken in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh dill and drizzle with extra dressing.

Notes

Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a crisp green salad. You can also slice leftovers for sandwiches or wraps.
