  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon chipotle powder

  • Fresh peach slices
  • Extra honey
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your broiler to high and position the rack at least 6 inches from the heating element.
  • Season both sides of the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper. Place them on a lined sheet pan.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together peach jam, honey, peach juice mixture, garlic powder, and chipotle powder until smooth.
  • Brush the glaze generously over the tops and sides of the salmon.
  • Broil for about 8–10 minutes, depending on thickness, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Watch closely to prevent the glaze from burning.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
  • Serve your Date Night Bourbon Peach Glazed Salmon with sautéed green beans, roasted broccoli, or asparagus for a complete meal.
  • Optional: Simmer fresh peach slices in a saucepan with a little honey and peach juice over medium heat for 5–7 minutes. Spoon over the salmon before serving.

Notes

• Substitute maple syrup for honey if preferred.
