Instructions
Preheat your broiler to high and position the rack at least 6 inches from the heating element.
Season both sides of the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper. Place them on a lined sheet pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together peach jam, honey, peach juice mixture, garlic powder, and chipotle powder until smooth.
Brush the glaze generously over the tops and sides of the salmon.
Broil for about 8–10 minutes, depending on thickness, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Watch closely to prevent the glaze from burning.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Serve your Date Night Bourbon Peach Glazed Salmon with sautéed green beans, roasted broccoli, or asparagus for a complete meal.
Optional: Simmer fresh peach slices in a saucepan with a little honey and peach juice over medium heat for 5–7 minutes. Spoon over the salmon before serving.
