Date Balls Recipe

Date Balls are healthy no-bake energy bites made with Medjool dates, walnuts, oat flour, and almond butter.

Ingredients
  

  • cups oat flour
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • cup creamy natural almond butter
  • 10 soft Medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Add the oat flour, walnuts, almond butter, Medjool dates, vanilla extract, water, and sea salt to a food processor.
  • Pulse until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together when pinched.
  • If the mixture appears too dry, add additional water one teaspoon at a time and pulse again.
  • Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Use a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop to portion the mixture.
  • Roll each portion between your hands to form smooth balls.
  • Place the Date Balls on a lined tray or plate.
  • Chill for 15–20 minutes if desired.
  • Enjoy immediately or store for later.

  • Use dairy-free chocolate chips for a vegan-friendly version.
