Instructions
Arrange the tomato slices in a slightly overlapping pattern on a serving platter.
Layer the mozzarella slices and cucumber slices evenly over the tomatoes.
Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil over the salad.
Add a light drizzle of balsamic vinegar for a tangy finish.
Sprinkle flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper evenly across the top.
Tear the basil leaves into smaller pieces and scatter them over the salad.

Notes
You can substitute cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes for a slightly sweeter salad.
