Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
Pour parmesan garlic sauce over the chicken.
Add cream cheese and grated parmesan cheese on top.
Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
Shred the chicken using two forks and stir into the sauce.
Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
Add cooked pasta to the crockpot and mix well.
Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.
