Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the salmon fillet skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice evenly over the salmon.
  • In a small bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of the salmon, gently pressing it down.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.
  • Serve immediately for the best crispy texture.
