Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup finely ground blanched almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded high-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • Seasonings of choice garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix almond flour with your chosen seasonings.
  • Melt the mozzarella in a microwave-safe bowl for 1–2 minutes until glossy.
  • Combine the melted cheese with the almond flour mixture to form a dough.
  • Roll the dough between parchment sheets to about ⅙-inch thickness.
  • Cut into triangle shapes using a pizza cutter.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp. This is when your Crispy Keto Tortilla Chips reach peak crunch.
  • Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

Serve with guacamole, salsa, keto queso, or labneh. You can also cut them into squares for keto crackers.
