Crispy Hot Honey Feta Chicken

For the Chicken

boneless skinless chicken breasts
about 1.5 pounds

all-purpose flour

large eggs

panko breadcrumbs

garlic powder

onion powder

paprika
Salt and black pepper

For the Hot Honey Sauce
1/2
cup
honey
1
–2 tablespoons hot sauce
adjust to taste

apple cider vinegar

Crumbled feta cheese
about 1/2 cup, adjust to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a wire rack on top.
Set up a breading station:
Bowl 1: flour mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Bowl 2: eggs, whisked.
Bowl 3: panko breadcrumbs.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into eggs, then coat well with panko, pressing gently so crumbs stick.
Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 75°C).
While chicken bakes, combine honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat until combined.
Remove chicken from oven and drizzle generously with hot honey sauce.
Sprinkle feta cheese over the hot chicken so it softens slightly. Serve immediately.

Serve with roasted vegetables, salad, or rice
