Ingredients
  

For the Salmon Bites

  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Optional Garnishes

  • Chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat the salmon pieces dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, toss the salmon with olive oil.
  • Add garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Toss until the salmon is evenly coated.
  • Arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the salmon becomes golden and crispy.
  • While the salmon cooks, prepare the sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
  • Remove the Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites from the oven and drizzle or toss them with the sauce.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Greek yogurt can replace mayonnaise for a lighter sauce.
