Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Scrub the sweet potato thoroughly under cold running water to remove dirt and debris.
  • Slice the sweet potato into 1/2-inch cubes, keeping the pieces evenly sized for even cooking.
  • Place the sweet potato cubes into a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil if using. Add salt, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and cumin. Toss well until the cubes are evenly coated.
  • Arrange the Crispy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Cubes in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes.
  • Shake the basket well, then continue cooking for 5–7 more minutes until the cubes are crispy and lightly browned.
  • Check for doneness by piercing with a fork.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and toss with fresh parsley.
  • Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
