Instructions
Scrub the sweet potato thoroughly under cold running water to remove dirt and debris.
Slice the sweet potato into 1/2-inch cubes, keeping the pieces evenly sized for even cooking.
Place the sweet potato cubes into a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil if using. Add salt, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and cumin. Toss well until the cubes are evenly coated.
Arrange the Crispy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Cubes in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes.
Shake the basket well, then continue cooking for 5–7 more minutes until the cubes are crispy and lightly browned.
Check for doneness by piercing with a fork.
Transfer to a serving bowl and toss with fresh parsley.
Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
