Stir in half and half, salt, pepper, and spinach. Simmer until creamy.
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, parmesan, and mozzarella.
Assemble the creamy white lasagna: layer noodles, meat, white sauce, and cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
Finish with mozzarella on top.
Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 more minutes until golden.
Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
