Creamy Protein Oatmeal is a high-protein breakfast made with oats and protein powder.

For the Oatmeal
- 1 cup 90 g quick oats
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 1/4 cups 540 ml dairy-free milk (soy, pea, or oat)
- 1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Optional Toppings
- Fresh fruit of choice
- Chocolate chips
- Nuts or seeds
Add oats, salt, and dairy-free milk to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and creamy.
Remove from heat and whisk in the protein powder until smooth.
Adjust consistency with extra milk or water if needed.
Serve immediately and top as desired.
