Creamy Protein Oatmeal (30 Grams Protein)

Creamy Protein Oatmeal is a high-protein breakfast made with oats and protein powder.

Ingredients
  

For the Oatmeal

  • 1 cup 90 g quick oats
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 1/4 cups 540 ml dairy-free milk (soy, pea, or oat)
  • 1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Optional Toppings

  • Fresh fruit of choice
  • Chocolate chips
  • Nuts or seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add oats, salt, and dairy-free milk to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and creamy.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in the protein powder until smooth.
  • Adjust consistency with extra milk or water if needed.
  • Serve immediately and top as desired.

Notes

  • Soy or pea milk provides the highest protein content
