- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 package 16 oz gnocchi
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste

- Optional: fresh spinach or basil for garnish
In a large pot over medium heat, brown the Italian beef sausage until fully cooked and crumbly.
