Creamy Garlic Chicken Easy Recipe

Creamy Garlic Chicken made in one pan.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter divided
  • 1 whole garlic bulb 8–9 cloves
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Carefully slice each chicken breast into two thinner cutlets.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Lightly coat each piece with flour.
  • Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken for about 4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • Add remaining butter and garlic cloves to the same skillet. Sauté on medium-low heat for 3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then add garlic powder. Stir well and scrape up any browned bits.
  • Let the sauce simmer for 8–10 minutes until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it.
  • Serve warm and enjoy this delicious Creamy Garlic Chicken.

Notes

  • Serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice.
