Creamy Garlic Chicken Broccoli Skillet

Creamy Garlic Chicken Broccoli Skillet is a one-pan dinner with tender chicken and broccoli.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • ¾ teaspoon salt divided
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper divided
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 3 cloves garlic grated
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 4 cups broccoli florets chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, turning once, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and broccoli. Cook over medium-high heat until bright green and slightly seared.
  • Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and let it reduce slightly for about 30 seconds.
  • Lower heat to medium and stir in heavy cream, remaining salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce and broccoli over it.
