Creamy Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs
Creamy scrambled eggs with cottage cheese

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 large eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon fresh chives chopped (optional)
- Ground black pepper to taste
Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Pour beaten eggs into the skillet and let cook undisturbed for 1–2 minutes, until the bottom begins to set.
Add cottage cheese and chopped chives. Season with black pepper.
Gently stir and continue cooking for 3–4 minutes, until eggs are softly set and creamy.
Remove from heat immediately and serve warm.
