Creamy Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs

Creamy scrambled eggs with cottage cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives chopped (optional)
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour beaten eggs into the skillet and let cook undisturbed for 1–2 minutes, until the bottom begins to set.
  • Add cottage cheese and chopped chives. Season with black pepper.
  • Gently stir and continue cooking for 3–4 minutes, until eggs are softly set and creamy.
  • Remove from heat immediately and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add a pinch of salt if desired
