Creamy Chipotle Sauce
Creamy Chipotle Sauce is smoky, tangy, and slightly spicy.

- ½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 chipotle pepper from a can of chipotles in adobo sauce
- 1 garlic clove peeled
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Add Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, chipotle pepper, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, and honey to a food processor.
Season with a generous pinch of sea salt and several grinds of black pepper.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
Your creamy chipotle sauce is ready to serve immediately, or chill for deeper flavor.
