Creamy Chipotle Sauce

Creamy Chipotle Sauce is smoky, tangy, and slightly spicy.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 chipotle pepper from a can of chipotles in adobo sauce
  • 1 garlic clove peeled
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, chipotle pepper, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, and honey to a food processor.
  • Season with a generous pinch of sea salt and several grinds of black pepper.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
  • Your creamy chipotle sauce is ready to serve immediately, or chill for deeper flavor.

  • Delicious on tacos, burrito bowls, burgers, wraps, and roasted vegetables.
