Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 package 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 1 jar 15 oz Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon bits optional, halal-friendly
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix Alfredo sauce, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Stir in the cooked chicken until fully coated in the creamy Alfredo mixture.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Add turkey bacon bits if using.
  • Arrange frozen tater tots in a single, even layer on top.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the tater tots.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes until cheese is bubbling and tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  • This Creamy Chicken Alfredo Tater Tot Casserole is best served warm while the cheese is perfectly melted and the topping stays crisp.
