Ingredients
  

  • cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 2 ripe avocados pitted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped

For Serving

  • Carrot sticks
  • Celery sticks
  • Cucumber slices
  • Bell pepper strips
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Crackers
  • Pita chips

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
  • Add the Greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, and sea salt.
  • Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  • Add the fresh dill and pulse a few times until evenly incorporated.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional salt or lemon juice if desired.
  • Transfer the Creamy Avocado Dip to a serving bowl.
  • Serve immediately with fresh vegetables, crackers, pita chips, or your favorite dippers.

  • Greek yogurt creates a creamy texture while adding extra protein.
