Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
Prepare the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix according to the package instructions. Stir in the Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, paprika, Dijon mustard, onion powder, Parmesan cheese, crushed crackers, salt, and pepper.
Place a small amount of biscuit dough into each muffin cup and press it into the bottom and sides to form a bowl shape.
Spoon a portion of the crab mixture into each biscuit cup.
Cover the filling with a small amount of the remaining biscuit dough.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
While the biscuits bake, mix the melted butter and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Once the biscuits come out of the oven, brush them immediately with the lemon butter mixture.
Serve the Crab Stuffed Cheddar Bay Biscuits warm.
