Crab Crescent Bites

Crab crescent bites are flaky crescent rolls filled with creamy crab, cheese, and seasoning, baked until golden and served warm.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 oz
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat chopped (fresh, canned, or imitation)
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning or seafood seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, crab meat, green onions, seasoning, and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll up toward the point and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Bake the Crab Crescent Bites for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Garnish with parsley or paprika if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Substitute imitation crab for budget-friendly option
