  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 pound chicken breast or thighs sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 ounces linguine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

  • Substitute linguine with fettuccine or spaghetti
