  • Chili flakes
  • Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread until golden and crisp using a toaster or skillet.
  • Cook the egg to your preference—fried with a soft yolk, poached, or soft-boiled.
  • Spread cottage cheese evenly over the warm toast.
  • Place the cooked egg on top of the cottage cheese.
  • Drizzle with sriracha and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Garnish with green onions, chili flakes, or everything bagel seasoning if desired. Serve warm.
