Cinnamon Sugar Air Fryer Banana Chips

Cinnamon sugar air fryer banana chips are a quick and healthy snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 firm bananas slightly underripe
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Peel the bananas and slice into thin ⅛-inch rounds.
  • In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Toss banana slices gently with melted coconut oil or butter.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the slices and toss evenly.
  • Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove and let cool on a wire rack until crisp.
